1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase or invoice must be provided with the return request.
  • Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-sourced or specially procured components
  • Used, damaged, or altered items
  • Opened items with tampered seals (if applicable)
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at contact@rdxlectronics.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  • You will be responsible for securely packaging the item and covering return shipping costs (unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product).

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or fulfillment error.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly. To request an exchange, contact our team at contact@rdxlectronics.com within the return window.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos or video evidence if possible.
  • We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
